My condolences Deb and family Myrtle, Oren, Myron and Elan and familie on Vernes passing. it is always sad to lose someone we love too soon and they leave behind such a hole in your life. Hoping that your memories will comfort you and time help to ease your sorrow. Even though his body is gone, you still carry him in your heart so he is still with you. Sending deepest sympathies to the family. Verne and Deb were good friends with my mom and dad while they were in Gravelbourg. One memory that still sticks with me was a night they were out at the farm and Verne sang “Wasn’t that a party” by the Irish Rovers. He was a jokester.
