Candy and Eileen... I had hoped to have another conflab around the kitchen table in Mankota with Neil, as we did in 2018...but not to be. I'll miss you, old friend...

Condolences to Neil's family and friends. I knew Neil as a colleague at the City of Calgary social worker and appreciated both his dedication to the profession and his clients as well as his often-timely sense of humor. Likewise, I greatly appreciated his involvement in Canada's armed services and his contributions to peace internationally in difficult situations.

My heartfelt sympathies to Candy and his family. He was so helpful when Chris and I can to the area- first looking after our dogs while we were gone, and shooting many gophers and supporting our dog trial in Mankota. Learned so much about the Painted Desert Turtle from him and about the Salamanders.
