To all the Binner families.
So sorry for your loss. Charlie was a great man. He came into my life when I was 13, and my Mom married Walter Herman. From then on, he was always around for a chat. Once I was grown and gone from home, still, would always stop for a chat when we ran into him when home for a visit, or the last years while living in Moose Jaw. He will be missed by all who knew him.
