The Family would like to thank Alvin’s Family Physician, Dr. Eric Moore and Staff, Piche-Hawkins-Grondin Funeral Chapel Staff, the many friends for their calls of support, members from Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, in particular, Lynn Condi who gave support to Lien and Alvin at the Regina General Hospital, and Glennis Thomson who stayed overnight with Lien at the home of Irvin and Maria Tubbs. A very special thank you to Dr. Dwight Vallee who was first to comfort Lien and notified Alvin’s brother Irvin that Alvin had passed away. Dr. Vallee and his wife, Joanne were outstanding friends and neighbors who extended their kindness and friendship to Alvin and Lien during the past ten years. For that the family is forever thankful.
