Our very deepest sympathy to the entire family in the loss of my second cousin Bob. I just stumbled upon this obituary a few minutes ago on the internet and was in total shock in realizing that Bob was my second cousin and you are all relatives of ours. Ted and Elmer were born my cousins and sons of my Aunt Barbara & Uncle Christ who lived in Medicine Hat, Alta. I well remember the news of cousin Ted drowning back in the 50's and with my mother and father, Hilda & George, and aunt & uncle Tena & Philip, we attended Ted's funeral in, I believe, Woodrow, where Ted & Ruth lived at the time of his sudden death. My mother and father retired from the farm in Golden Prairie, Sask in 1967 and moved to Medicine Hat where they lived until my dad passed away in 1986 and my mother in 2010. I have one sister, Delores, now also living in Medicine Hat, Alta and I and my wife Lorraine live in Langley, B.C. I had a 26 plus career as a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and retired as a Sergeant while serving in Ottawa, Ont. in 1996 I would love to hear from anyone from back in Saskatchewan.
