Dear Pat, Derek and family, Avery and family, Sally and family, Colin and family, Priscilla, Faith, Rachel, Joshua and Caleb.
Words cannot describe the sadness we feel for all of you as you come to terms with Wilfrid's (your precious Dad and husband's) death. He was a gentle, kind and loving man. He cared so much for others and the deep love he felt for each one of you was so evident in all he did. I am filled with compassion as I reflect back on who he was and how important he was to all of you, and us, as his extended family. He has always been a special cousin to us. Although, we all got busy with our own families, we never forgot our connection. He will be remembered with love and with memories of how he was always a very powerful example of someone who loved the Lord with all his heart. With certainty, he was welcomed into his "Eternal Home" with open arms.
Forever in our hearts as we say goodbye or perhaps a better farewell may be....see you again sometime Wilfrid ...
May God bless each of you with strength and courage as you allow yourself time to grieve the loss of someone so dear.
