Obituary of Veronica "Vera" Foley

Veronica "Vera” Foley of Lafleche, SK passed away peacefully at the Foyer d’Youville, Gravelbourg, SK, on Sunday, March 24, 2019, at the age of 81 years. Veronica was born on January 31, 1938, in Manchester, England, to her parents John and Norah Collier. In 1970, Veronica immigrated to Canada, later settling down in Lafleche, SK. She enjoyed reading and was passionate about sewing becoming a tailor and seamstress. She worked in retail for many years. She loved to travel the world, visiting various places in the world; Ireland, England, Wales, Scotland and every state in the USA. Vera will be dearly missed by her beloved granddaughter Cortnie Michel and her family. She was predeceased by her husband John Foley, daughter Michelle, parents John and Norah Collier.
