Whether it was through dad's auction sales or mom catering trial rides, there was never a dull moment with Jeff involved. He was there to work first and have fun when the work was done. He was a hard worker that could MacGyver almost anything into a working product. He will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew him. Rest easy Jeff, your work is done now. I spent so much time in the Ellert household when I was a kid, Jeff was like a second father to me. He was always making us laugh, and scaring the wits out of us while watching a scary movie. So many great memories of such a great man. Love always, Lyn, Preston and Nikolaus.
