I only knew Sheryl from the times I was at the Jones’ over the years. I
remember her and Lloyd and Joy visiting us in Edmonton years ago,
and distinctly remember her helping with dishes and wiping the table.
She got right in there and helped, that prairie attitude, and for some
reason, I never forgot that.
She was always easy to talk to, and last time I saw her was at Mike’s
remembrance at the hall. She came up to me when most of the people
had gone and started talking, and was glad to see me.
The thing I do remember her for was her prairie dry, witty, sense of
humour, exactly like Lloyd. You never knew, in my humble opinion,
what she was going to say.
