Joanne gave so much of her heart and time to our community through the arts council and the music festivals. I was so blessed to have worked with her in these capacities. She was encouraging to me, patient, kind, and above all was focused on her passion to promote quality art and music in our town. She was the backbone behind many young performers who have blessed our town, province, and nation with their skill. I will really miss Joanne, her huge smile, her enthusiasm, and her kindness. May the Lord bless her family with comfort at this time.
