Linda Christine Jamieson (nee Cugnet) passed away suddenly on Wednesday, January 6th, 2021 at the age of 69 years. Linda was born in Weyburn, SK. on June 14, 1951 to Clem Cugnet and Christine Cugnet (nee Taylor) and was the youngest of 4 siblings. She completed her education in Weyburn and after high school graduation, she moved to Saskatoon where she met her soulmate Craig on September 16, 1971. On September 9, 1973, Craig proposed and they were married on May 18, 1974, in Weyburn, SK. After the wedding, they continued to live in Saskatoon. On August 9, 1976, Craig and Linda welcomed their first son, Bradley Douglas Jamieson and 23 months later, on July 1, 1978, they welcomed their second son Aron Jeffrey Jamieson. In early 1979, Craig and Linda moved to Gravelbourg, SK., and later that same year, on November 29, they completed their family with the arrival of Cristy Lynn Jamieson. Linda was a proud mother and never missed an opportunity to watch her children participate in their various sports and activities and later in life she never missed an opportunity to talk (brag) about her children, their accomplishments and their families. In the community Linda is most well known for her art. Many residents have a painting of Linda’s in their house.
