We got to know Glenn as a fellow hockey parent and fellow rock collector. Lots of time was spent at the kids hockey practices sharing and comparing our rock collections. Glenn was a much more knowledgeable collector than we were and we so appreciated his help identifying many of our finds. We have long admired what a dedicated, supportive and present dad Glenn was for his kids and our hearts ache that they have to say goodbye to him so suddenly and way too soon. Our sincerest condolences to all of Glenn's family and friends. He will be so missed.

This adorable little boy was the first child to welcome me into the family when I was born, although he does look a little skeptical about it! Glenn has always been special because he was the first Peterson grandchild, and he was always so much fun. He would take charge of the younger cousins and think up the best games and activities for us. A fond memory of him was when he did this for us on our very first Christmas trip to Washington in 1981 at Grandma and Grandpa's house. Later he became the cool cousin who resembled Michael J. Fox and drove a black Trans Am with a bumper sticker that said "I Brake For Beer". Glenn, you were a good person. Your cousins are very sad that you are gone and will always wish that you were still here.

My fondest memory of Glenn was his smile, he loved adventure. When we finally got back to the bottom of the hill at Fernie from down hill mountain biking his eyes sparkled and his smile was like no other. Glen was a awesome freind so much heart, always there. So sad…. He was taken far to early. Sympathy’s to his parents, Todd and family. For the his boys I truley am sorry for your loss.
